Tips for exotic dancers on submitting a good resume
- The most important thing is to have a photo...if you submit a resume without a photo...you're wasting your time.
- Make sure you have hot photos. We've been in this industry for a long time and we know what club owners & managers want. If you are an exotic dancer or you are just starting out...you MUST have good photos of yourself. Get a friend to do a fun photo shoot and take about 50 or so pictures...this way you have plenty of pics to go through and select the ones that are the best.
- Don't use your webcam to take a photo...they come out grainy and look like garbage. Thats like submitting a resume to a job thats on crumpled paper.
- Use classy photos...dress up in a hot, sexy outfit. Club owners like girls that know how to make themselves irresistable!

FAQ
Q: I can't upload a photo...what should I do?
A: - Make sure your photo is in a regular format such as .jpg or .png. We accept .gif files but we don't recommend using that format for photos.
Also...make sure the image is a reasonable size. If you have an image from a 3 Megapixel camera most likely it will need to be resized. There's alot of software out there that will automatically resize a whole batch of images...and they are relatively easy to use.

Q: I have a resume in a word document...how do I get it on this site?
A: - At the current time resumes are only text based...so you will need to cut & past your resume in word format into our system.

Photo Tips :: Do's and Don'ts

Tips for exotic dancers on submitting a good resume

Below are examples to help you out when selecting photos for your resume. Its important that you use the best photos you can get as it will directly impact the amount of job inquiries you get. If you are serious about getting a good job in this industry...you should be just as serious about getting good photos of yourself.

Do use a decent digital camera...the results come out perfect and can be immediately uploaded to a computer.
Don't use a web cam...they were never designed for high quality photography. The results are poor color reproduction & grainy photos.
Do go to an interesting place to take photos. Taking photos in the outdoors or a neat studio or space can spice up your image for the better.
Don't take photos at home unless you have to...they can sometimes look tacky in a messy home background.

Good Photo Examples
This photo is a perfect example of a good photo. The photo has great detail, good lighting & taken in a beautiful setting. The photo shows me that this girl is the perfect candidate for an exotic dancer job. She shows me her whole body (in a tasteful way) and I have a great idea now of her dimensions.
Poor Photo Examples
This photo is a very poor example. Its obvious that a cheap web cam was used in poor lighting. I can barely make out her face let alone her dimensions. I would not be inclined to call this girl for a job. She might as well have not attached a photo at all...because I can barely make out whats in this picture.

Other useful tips:

Uploading photos for the first time can sometimes be a daunting experience...so below we have some tips that should help.

- When taking photos from a digital camera they must be resized. Cameras these days are 3,4 and even 5 megapixels resulting in huge photos that have resolutions of around 3072 x 2048...which is much to large for the web. A good web size is somewhere between 400-700 pixels (height or width) To resize images you can use any photo editor including free ones. Most digital cameras come pre-packaged with software that can do this.

- Try not to send images that are too small. We have seen people send in pictures that are 32x32 and look like a joke. Its pointless to send something that small...because you can't even make anything out in the photo.

- Get ideas before taking photos...look at some of the resumes that people have already posted to get some general ideas.

- Make sure its not just a face shot. Remeber this is a job site that pertains mainly to the 'exotic dancer' job market. If you send in only a head shot your wasting your time. Take photos with full body shots. This isn't a personals site you're applying for...its a adult based job and they need to see your goods =)
